Therapy to Understand Yourself More Deeply
Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. Together, we'll slow down, look beneath the surface, and understand the patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck.
My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and honest. I'll offer support when you need it and challenge you when it can help you move forward. The goal isn't simply to cope with what's difficult—it's to understand what's happening and create meaningful change.
I provide online therapy throughout Massachusetts for individuals and couples, with a particular focus on women, therapists, and other helping professionals.

Sometimes you know something isn't working, but you're not sure what needs to change. Your life can look good on the outside while you quietly wonder why it doesn't feel that way on the inside.
Explore what's happening beneath the surface, understand patterns that may be getting in your way, and figure out what you want moving forward.
I work with clients navigating:
Relationships

Self-worth • Perfectionism • People-pleasing • Life direction • Feeling stuckLife Changes
Divorce • Fertility challenges • Parenting • Career changes • Major transitions • New chaptersEmotional Well-Being

Women are often expected to be everything to everyone. It can be easy to become so focused on taking care of others, meeting expectations, and keeping everything together that you lose touch with yourself.
You may be successful in your career, taking care of everyone around you, and doing everything you're “supposed” to do—and still feel like something isn't quite right.
Therapy can be a place to step outside those expectations and ask different questions: What do I actually want? What do I need? Why do I keep finding myself in the same patterns? And what would it look like to make choices that feel more like my own?
I work with women around relationships, self-worth, boundaries, identity, motherhood, life transitions, over-functioning, societal expectations, and the many ways we can lose sight of ourselves while trying to do it all.

When the same arguments keep happening, it can be hard to see what's really going on between you.
Couples therapy can help you slow things down, understand the patterns you've fallen into, and recognize what may be happening beneath the conflict. We'll work on communicating differently, understanding each other more fully, and creating a relationship that feels more connected.
I work with couples around communication, recurring conflict, disconnection, trust, intimacy, parenting differences, and major life transitions.
Couples therapy isn’t about winning. It’s about remembering you’re on the same team. Sometimes that means finding your way back to the connection that brought you together in the first place.
You don't have to wait until your relationship is in crisis to seek help. Therapy can also be a place to strengthen your relationship and understand each other before patterns become more entrenched.

When you're used to taking care of other people, it can be difficult to make room for yourself.
Therapy offers a place to step outside your professional role and focus on your own experiences, relationships, needs, and patterns. It can also be an opportunity to explore how your work affects you—and how being the person others rely on may shape the way you move through your own life.
I work with therapists, psychologists, nurses, doctors, social workers, and other helping professionals who want a space where they don't have to be the helper.
Fees & Insurance
My fee is $150 for a 50-minute individual session and $175 for a couples session.
I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBS) and Aetna. If you have BCBS insurance, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your plan and benefits.
For clients using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Why Choose Private Pay?
Private-pay therapy offers greater privacy, flexibility, and control over your treatment. When you pay privately, your therapy isn't subject to insurance authorization or medical-necessity determinations, and you don't need to receive a diagnosis simply to access therapy.
We can decide together what you want to work on, how often you'd like to meet, and how long therapy should continue based on your needs and goals—not an insurance company's requirements.
For many people, this allows therapy to be a more private, flexible, and individualized experience.
