You can expect a therapist who is warm, collaborative, thoughtful, and challenging. I will be both supportive and direct. I will push you to look beneath the surface to understand patterns rather than just managing symptoms with coping skills. I will help you go deep, so that you aren’t just about learning strategies to get through the week; it's about understanding why you respond, relate, and feel the way you do.

My sessions are collaborative and guided by what feels most important to you. You might come in with a specific concern or simply start by talking about what’s been happening in your life. Together, we’ll slow down, get curious about what’s beneath the surface, and explore patterns or experiences that may be worth understanding more deeply. The goal is to help you gain greater clarity about yourself and make meaningful changes in your life.

You don't need to be in crisis or have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you feel stuck, find yourself repeating patterns you'd like to understand, or simply want to know yourself more deeply, therapy may be worth exploring.

I work with adults and couples, with a particular focus on women and helping professionals—including therapists, social workers, mental health counselors, nurses, doctors, and others who are used to being the person everyone depends on.
I work with people navigating relationships, life transitions, self-worth, boundaries, anxiety, burnout, and recurring patterns they want to better understand. But ultimately, therapy isn't about checking the right boxes. Finding the right therapist is about finding someone whose approach, personality, and way of working feel like a good fit for you. If you're not sure whether we'd be a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation so we can talk and find out.

Getting started begins with a free 15-minute consultation. We'll talk briefly about what you're looking for, answer any questions you have, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. Fill out the form below and I will contact you within two business days.

I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBS) and Aetna. Your copay, coinsurance, and deductible are determined by your individual insurance plan, so I recommend contacting BCBS to confirm your benefits and expected out-of-pocket cost.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
I also offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk about what you're looking for and see whether we're a good fit.
