Therapy for adults and couples throughout Massachusetts
Come as you are. Grow into who you want to be.
Therapy is a space to slow down, look beneath the surface, and better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that shape you who you are - and who you want to become.
Together, we'll explore what's happening, where it comes from, and what you want to change—so you can make choices that feel more like your own.

Sometimes you know something isn't working, but you're not sure why you keep ending up in the same place. Sometimes, you can have a life that looks good on the outside and still feel unhappy, unfulfilled, or disconnected on the inside.
Individual therapy gives you space to slow down, get curious about yourself, and understand the patterns that may be getting in your way.
I work with women and other adults navigating relationships, self-worth, boundaries, life transitions, anxiety, burnout, and the feeling that they should be doing better—but aren't sure how to get there.

Every couple gets stuck sometimes.
Therapy can help you understand what's happening between you, recognize the patterns that keep you stuck, and find new ways to communicate, connect, and understand each other.
I'm not interested in taking sides or deciding who's right. I'm interested in helping you understand what's happening between you, learn to work as a team, and find your way back to each other. The goal isn't for one person to win—it's to build a relationship that feels connected, secure, and worth fighting for, and maybe even fall in love all over again.
Who I Work With
You may be in the right place if you….
Feel stuck in patterns you can't seem to change
Keep finding yourself in the same relationship dynamics
Look successful on the outside but struggle internally
Are navigating a major transition or questioning what you want next
Struggle with boundaries, self-worth, or knowing what you need
Spend most of your time caring for other people
Find yourself over-functioning and unable to slow down
Want more than coping strategies—you want to understand yourself more deeply
Function well - or even exceptionally well—on the outside, while struggling more than anyone realizes
More than getting by.
A life that feels like your own.
Therapy isn't about becoming someone else. It's about understanding yourself deeply enough to recognize what's getting in the way of the life you actually want.
You will leave therapy with greater clarity, deeper self-understanding, and a clearer sense of where you want to go next.
As a clinical social worker, I bring a unique perspective to our work together. I consider the whole person—not just what’s happening inside you, but also the relationships, experiences, and circumstances that shape your life.
Learn More About My Approach
Support when you need it. Challenge when it can help.
The relationship you have with your therapist matters.
I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood while also having the freedom to be challenged, ask difficult questions, and look at yourself honestly.
My approach is grounded primarily in psychodynamic and humanistic therapy, with an understanding that your experiences don't exist in isolation. Your relationships, family, culture, identity, and life circumstances all shape how you experience yourself and the world around you.
I'll meet you where you are—and help you understand where you want to go.
